OVERVIEW
My Thriving Child is a mental-wellbeing service for separated mums to provide their children with the best possible lifestyle under challenging circumstances. I undertook a comprehensive exploration of the company's ethos, values, and market positioning, and applied it into a fresh and cohesive brand identity that not only resonated with the target audience but also reflected the company's essence. I received 3 months of mentoring directly from the business Founder as part of this unpaid internship.

THROUGH HANNAH’S VOICE
It was fundamental for the audience to identify the warm, supportive, and empowering feeling that is portrayed through the language and visual assets that offer reassurance and understanding while guiding single mothers through the challenges of separation and divorce. By maintaining an approachable yet confident tone, My Thriving Child aims to inspire trust and instill a sense of hope and empowerment into the audience.
ILLUSTRATIONS

ILLUSTRATIONS
Hannah wanted to introduce a new method of making her audience (both parent and child) interact with the service that’s provided. I innitiated the illustrations to make the brand feel more approachable to both demographics whilst portraying different emotions that they could associate with. The designs are very simple yet gives a light-hearted approach to an often-difficult circumstance to deal with.
COLOURS
I selected a series of colours that would evoke a sense of calmness, reassurance, and whilst trying to make the new brand stand out amongst a market place full of feminine colours such as pink and purple. In this case brown is often associated with reliability, stability, and an emphasis of down-to-earth approachability.
PDF DESIGNS
As part of the subscription you pay for the company’s services, Hannah provides modules that provide lessons, tips, methods, and other relavent information that can help single mothers during their divorce. I designed PDF documents for the modules with new brand features that would help those who are receiving help from Hannah.
WEB DESIGN
Using a specialised platform to provide digital content from influencers, I completely changed the design of the website by implementing new layouts, colour, photography, and applying new pages to showcase the services. This was a process that required plenty of support from the other interns who helped me with providing feedback for the page layouts and how they would be interactive with the users.
SOCIAL MEDIA
As I was the only specialist designer in the team during the 3-month period, I was tasked with creating social media templates on Canva, including static posts and reels for video content.
